Dam Roxette passed the mare test last year with 78 points and is a half-sister to the international 1.45m jumper Delphi (by Zürich), ridden by Lauren Goffinet. This direct branch of the Loma line has also produced international 1.50/1.60m horses such as Daveau (by Zento), Katja Loma W (by Cardento), and Golddigger (by Calvados). On the sire's side, Vijandro inherits strong genetics as a son of the two-time stallion competition winner New Pleasure VDL. This top talent, under Hessel Hoekstra, placed at 1.45m level this summer at the prestigious Aachen show, earning a spot among the prize winners in the Youngster Cup. Judging by his oldest offspring, New Pleasure VDL passes on significant jumping talent.
