Whisky (Comthago VDL x Emilion)
Whisky is sired by the Grand Prix-winning Comthago VDL, who has performed successfully under Hessel Hoekstra. His oldest offspring, now eight years old, are already making a strong impact at international 1.45m level, including Noble Ami, Nena-Alve DV, and Cawamia.
Dam Era-Peternella is, like top show jumpers Glasgow, Seldana di Campalto, and VDL Emmerton, a descendant of the successful Grand Prix stallion Emilion.
Granddam Lydia-Peternella also appears in the second generation behind Irma Peternella (by Baltic VDL), Renske Kroeze's international four-star event horse. This direct maternal line has also produced the international 1.45m jumper Huatabampo-Inspiracion (by Zirocco Blue VDL), ridden by Escipion Mendivil.
