Weimar J.D.
As a half-brother to top showjumpers such as Killer Queen VDM, Japatero VDM and Kontador VDM, premium stallion Aston VDL has a bright future ahead of him. His first offspring prove that he is a promising sire. Weimar J.D.’s granddam Vamalia produced, among others, the national 1.45m horse Damalia (s.Cardento) and the internationally 1.40m-classified Zimes Square (s.Zirocco Blue VDL). Vamalia herself is a half-sister to the international showjumper Melvin (s.Burggraaf), with whom Peter Wylde was successful in the World Cup circuit, as well as the 1.45m-classified Ramalia. In addition, this line traces back in the third generation to a half-sister to David McPherson’s 1.60m horse Gambit.
