Dam Ilandra demonstrated her jumping talent with 81 points in the EPTM test and subsequently competed at 1.30m level. Previously, in combination with Arezzo VDL, she produced the elite mare Nilandra, who passed her mare test with 77 points and also competes at 1.30m level. It is also interesting that Ilandra is a half-sister to the international 1.45/1.50m horses Grey Star and Velvet, while Wilandro has the same grand dam as the international showjumper Jopie Amazing JR, with whom Sanne Thijssen made a successful 5* Grand Prix debut earlier this year. Like this top showjumper, Wilandro is by Grand Prix stallion Arezzo VDL, who has proven his value in breeding with standouts such as VDL Edgar M, Harwich VDL and Julius D.
