Sire Carrera VDL won several Grand Prix’s and the Nations Cup in Drammen with Jur Vrieling, and he is proving his value as a breeding stallion. His offspring such as Carabella vd Neyen Z, Jup, and Krachtpatser competed at the European Championships in A Coruña. In Vino’s pedigree, Carrera VDL is combined with a versatile Dutch dam line. Dam Festra P is a full sister to the international 1.30/1.35m jumper Gestri, and in the fourth generation, the line traces back to the Thoroughbred mare Octavia (by Cartoonist xx). She is the foundation of multiple international 1.45/1.50m horses including Esperanto 29, Jerome, Happiness, Dua Bali, Kobalt, Lambiek, and Inekaat. Damsire Alicante HBC was successful at the highest level with Jérôme Guery.
