Father Chopano VDL has made a promising international debut under Jur Vrieling and is a modern Holsteiner, who was approved by Zangersheide. This seven-year-old, genetically interesting stallion has a great future ahead of him in sport and breeding. In the pedigree of Uglato CFH, Chopano VDL is linked to a half-sister of the international 1.50m showjumping horse Jack White (by Casco) of Luis Alejandro Plascencia. Grandmother Sorana W is in turn a half-sister of Gregory Wathelet's former 1.45m winner Basantos (s.Casantos) and the international 4* eventer Ferdi (s.Verdi) of Dickon Reader. Cecilie Hatteland's Grand Prix and Nations Cup show jumping horse Alex (by Oklund) was also bred from this direct mother line.
